It had an amazing and stunning setting really close to Metros, Town Centre, Supermarket and all the central Madrid tourist sites. A shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries were available here.

I greatly enjoyed the apartment though some things didn't work.

Had comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven for our needs. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of a State - owned art museum.

The apartment has beautifully maintained rooms with beautiful artwork on the walls that you can use too. It is particularly good, right by the center of Madrid, all the tourist attractions, and town center. The staff is amiable.

The location of this apartment is perfect for exploring Madrid city center. It is within walking distance of all the central Madrid tourist sites and close to everything that Madrid has to offer. You can easily reach everything by walking or taking the metro.

There is some noise issue at night due to the recycling bins outside the building. However, this can be easily solved by bringing earplugs or requesting better insulation for the balcony door.

The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area was a life-saver during our stay. We felt like master chefs creating gourmet meals with all the necessary appliances at our disposal. It was like having our very own cooking show in the comfort of the apartment.

Wi-Fi signal in room was poor.

This place is in a great location near all the central tourist sites and restaurants, and the staff was very nice and friendly – we really enjoyed that.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartamento Al Lado De Gran Via - Pink. The location couldn't be better for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. We were able to walk everywhere since it's less than a minute from Gran Via. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. It seemed like everything was brand new. Sylvia, the host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this apartment.

Mind-blowing central location near boutiques and Gran Via metro station, yet surprisingly quiet. Spacious with complete kitchen and bathroom amenities. Comfortable beds. Superb hosts who are just a message away. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

Communication with Gustavo was great, very responsive. Host's sister, Silvia, was helpful and informative. Thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of hot water and easy-to-use appliances. Central location, close to metro and shops. Efficient temperature control. Warm and friendly family-owned property.

The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and secure. The hosts, Gustavo and Silvia, were incredibly friendly and responsive. They even provided us with a small bottle of wine and water upon arrival. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness in the kitchen and bathroom, such as a dish drying rack and a shower basket. The hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi all worked flawlessly. Additionally, having a Carrefour Express nearby was very convenient for any grocery needs.

One drawback was that the apartment did not have a street view, as the windows faced the interior of the building. This meant that when we opened the windows for fresh air, we could occasionally smell the nearby restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The communication with the host was great and they were very responsive. They arranged for someone to meet us upon arrival and show us around. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was superb, within walking distance of all the central Madrid tourist sites and close to public transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. All good.
